On October 25, 2024, the Association for the Promotion of STEM Workforce Development for the Future (IAFSW), under the leadership of President Ms. Suwannee Khamman and Vice President Ms. Jintana Phakkhamanee, had the honor of attending a meeting with the executives of affiliated colleges organized by the Northern Vocational Education Council 3. The meeting aimed to present the Association’s initiatives and learning media designed to enhance learners’ potential and cultivate a highly skilled workforce equipped for future job markets.
During the meeting, the Association introduced several key projects, including the Battle of the Numbers board game competition, which focuses on enhancing strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills. Additionally, the Association showcased the Green Career online learning system, which is dedicated to developing STEM competencies, promoting sustainable environmental practices, and advancing English and Japanese language skills for international careers.
These initiatives are strategically designed to develop essential skills and adequately prepare learners for sustainable and successful careers.
