On November 30 and December 1, 2024, the International Association for the Future STEM Workforce (IAFSW) participated in a workshop on the use of educational media such as CODMOS (SW-AI Literacy), ARpedia (Science Literacy), PlayFACTO (Math Literacy), and the TEDET Knowledge Repository. The objective of the workshop was to prepare teachers and educational personnel of Ratchaphruek Demonstration School under the initiative to develop schools in Chachoengsao Province and the Eastern region. Ratchaphruek Demonstration School serves as the model for development through collaboration with Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University, IAFSW, and South Korean partners. This effort aims to promote learning and development of STEAM skills using modern teaching media and creating hands-on learning innovations that emphasize practical application and integrated learning.
The workshop was honored by the presence of Associate Professor Dr. Phipattra Simarojana, Vice President of Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University, who presided over the opening ceremony, and Associate Professor Thirawat Prakobpon, a STEM education expert of the Association, who was the main speaker. The training focused on the use of modern learning media from South Korea to support the learning process and creative skill development of students.
This training marks an important step in enhancing the capabilities of teachers and educational personnel to elevate the quality of education in Thailand, aligning with the educational development needs of the 21st century.
