The Association and Chevron Company met with the President of the Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology (TNI) to discuss cooperation in developing Japanese language content for the Green Career LMS learning system. 

On April 10, 2025, The International Association for the Future STEM Workforce (IAFSW), led by Ms. Suwanee Khamman, President of the Association; Ms. Jintana Pornraksamanee, Vice-President of the Association; and Ms. Weeranuch Kamolrungvarakul, Executive Board Member of the Association; together with representatives from Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production Limited, including Ms. Chalida Narongsirikul, Advisor for Public Affairs, met with Associate Professor Rangsan Lertnaisat, President of TNI, and Assistant Professor Wanwimon Roungtheera, Dean of the Faculty of Global Communications, along with the team, to discuss collaborative approaches to developing Japanese language content for learning in the Green Career LMS system at Building A, 5th Floor, Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology (TNI). 

The discussion focused on creating Japanese language courses in a self-directed learning format, enabling learners to access knowledge flexibly and effectively. Particular emphasis was placed on fundamental Japanese language content as the critical foundation for learning Japanese tailored to various career sectors integrated into the LMS system, such as Industry, Smart Agriculture, Culinary Arts, and Healthcare. 

This collaboration aims to provide opportunities for students, professionals, and those in the workforce to enhance their Japanese language skills for use in their respective career paths. It promotes the concept of Lifelong Learning and prepares the nation’s workforce to enter the future job market with stability and sustainability.
