The Vision of the International Association for the Future STEM Workforce is a commitment to providing students with the necessary tools and resources to prepare them for success in the ever-changing STEM workforce, while actively contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By strengthening and upgrading their foundational literacies, learning competencies, social-emotional well-being, and character qualities, we can ensure that students are equipped with the necessary skills to approach complex challenges, problems, and changing environments, with a particular focus on addressing the global challenges outlined in the SDGs. This will not only support the growth of the STEM economy, but also empower students to become productive, STEM workforce-ready, and successful citizens, actively contributing to sustainable development. Through our comprehensive, holistic approach, we are dedicated to providing students with the tools and resources needed to be prepared for and succeed in the sustainable STEM workforce of tomorrow, contributing to a more equitable and sustainable world.
